Terry Visintine, Director of Loan Review
Dedicated commercial credit professional with over forty years in the banking industry. As Chief Credit Officer of a community bank with $1.3 billion in assets, Terry was valued for maintaining a credit culture that appropriately balanced loan growth with asset quality and adherence to sound lending practices. Terry has a broad-based background in credit risk management, commercial credit approval process, and loan portfolio administration developed from his experience as a banker and fourteen years as a National Bank Examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
Steve Middelkamp, Director of Business Development
Mr. Middelkamp has had extensive experience in all aspects of banking which date back to the mid 1970’s. Steve has spent a number of years in the correspondent banking arena, which required full knowledge in bank operations, investments, law and lending. Also doing extensive analysis of banks and holding companies, helping individuals or groups seeking to acquire or dispose of these financial institutions. He has managed the Loan Servicing functions in several St. Louis area banks. Over the course of his career Steve has developed an extensive network of banking professionals in Missouri and Illinois.
Ray Lowry, Senior Loan Review Consultant
Mr. Lowry retired in December 2020 as Senior Vice President- Senior Credit Officer for Regions Bank. As Senior Credit Officer, Mr. Lowry served the Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio markets providing credit oversight with credit approval authority up to $70 million. Over his 35-year tenure with Regions (including predecessors Magna Bank and Union Planters), Ray served in a number of roles including President & COO, Regional President, Commercial Banking Executive, and Commercial Relationship Manager in various locations including, Clayton, MO; Belleville, IL; Decatur, IL; and Indianapolis, IN.
Quade Wood, Director of Underwriting at Twain Financial Partners, Advisory Board Member
Quade has over 15 combined years of commercial banking experience and providing outsourced services to financial institutions. Quade is the Director of Underwriting at Twain Financial Partners, where he evaluates Historic Tax Credit (HTC), Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE), Ground Lease and Solar Debt investment opportunities. Before joining Twain Financial partners, Quade spent three years at CLA, a national public accounting firm, where he helped manage the national service line for outsourced credit risk services, providing loan review services to over 100 financial institutions. He also served in roles as Special Assets Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, and Credit Analyst at Commerce Bank. Quade has Credit Risk Certification (CRC) from the Risk Management Association (RMA) and currently sits on the board from the St. Louis RMA Chapter.
Bryan Krueger, Partner at SFW Partners, LLC, Advisory Board Member
Bryan has over 12 years of experience providing assurance, tax, and consulting services to closely held businesses and their owners. He also specializes in serving high net worth individual tax clients. Before joining the SFW Partners, Bryan spent nine years at BKD, a national public accounting firm, serving their closely held family business clients in assurance and tax in the manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and construction industries. He also served as CFO of Royal Papers, a janitorial supply company in St. Louis and as the Director of Tax Strategies at Moneta Group, a financial advisory firm serving high net worth clients. Bryan is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Cole Stenzel, Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer at Buena Vista National Bank, Advisory Board Member
Cole is a Senior Vice President at Buena Vista National Bank, where he serves as an executive officer on the senior management team assisting in major management decisions of the bank, is in charge of all bank wide business development efforts, serves on ALCO, OLC, IT, and BSA committees. Cole also maintains a large loan portfolio consisting of mostly commercial relationships, but also residential. Before joining Buena Vista National Bank, Cole worked at Commerce Bank and Diversified Financial Services focusing on commercial banking and equipment financing. Cole is an active member of the Red Bud Chamber of Commerce and the Community Bankers Association of Illinois (CBAI). Mr. Stenzel serves on the Board of Directors for Monroe County Economic Development and as Chairman of the Board for both the Randolph County StartUP Program and The Maidez Center. Cole is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and also has an MBA from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO.
